So I put the disc in my Win 7 machine to look at the content and I see a folder called DVDCDSharingSetup and then within this folder there is a file called RemoteInstallMacOSX I ran the DVDCDSharingSetup and then I run the RemoteInstallMacOSX. It tells me to pick between AirPort or Ethernet, so I choose Ethernet because that is how they are setup.
